Shipping and Delivery Policy

  1. Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. Customers can choose to upgrade their shipping to expedited shipping for an additional fee.
  2. Processing Time: Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days from the time the order is placed.
  3. Shipping Carrier: Orders will be shipped via a major carrier such as FedEx, UPS, or USPS. The carrier will be determined based on the destination and package size.
  4. Delivery Time: Delivery times vary based on your location, but most orders will be delivered within 3-5 business days of shipment. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery dates, as they are determined by the carrier.
  5. Tracking Information: We will provide a tracking number for your order once it has been shipped. This will be sent to the email provided at the time of purchase.
  6. Shipping Restrictions: We do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Additionally, we cannot ship to international addresses at this time.
  7. Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. However, we will do our best to assist you in resolving any issues with the carrier. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us immediately and we will work with the carrier to track the package or file a claim on your behalf.
  8. Damaged Items: If your item is damaged upon arrival, please take a photo of the damaged item and the packaging and contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and either replace the damaged item or issue a refund.
  9. Special Shipping Requests: If you have any special shipping requests or instructions, please let us know at the time of purchase. Additional fees may apply for special shipping requests such as signature confirmation or expedited shipping.
