Return Policy

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service department at info@kashmiri786.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Once you have received an RMA number, please ship the item back to us at the address provided with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend that you ship the item back to us with a tracking number and insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Refunds

Once we receive the item, we will inspect it to ensure that it is in new and unused condition, with all original packaging and tags. If the item is eligible for return, we will process a refund to the original payment method within 5 business days.
